Come learn how ordinary people made extraordinary changes that improved people's lives. And how YOU also have that power.
On Saturday, April 27th renters, immigrants, and their allies will come together for a day of learning, celebration, and community building! It’s the annual Solidarity Summit and we need YOU to be there.
Our keynote speaker will be Maria Noel Fernandez who will talk about the change that everyday people can make when we work together. There will be a workshop focusing on the history of community organizing and ways we can work together to improve our lives today. Child care and translation services will be available.
The day will culminate with performances, free food, and a community block party!

Solidarity Summit 2024: ¡Si se puede con el poder del pueblo!
Vengan a descubrir cómo personas ordinarias hicieron cambios extraordinarios para mejorar la vida de la gente. Y cómo USTEDES también tienes ese poder.
El sábado 27 de abril, inquilinos, inmigrantes y sus aliados se unirán en un día de educación, celebración y creación de comunidad. Es la Cumbre Anual de Solidaridad y necesitamos que USTEDES estén allí.
Nuestra presentadora principal será María Noel Fernández, que hablará sobre el cambio que la comunidad puede lograr cuando trabajamos juntos. Habrá un curso práctico centrado en los cambios conseguidos por los líderes de la comunidad del Sagrado Corazón y en las formas en que podemos trabajar juntos para mejorar nuestras vidas. Habrá servicio de guardería infantil y traducción.
Continuaremos con la solidaridad después de los cursos, con una fiesta comunitaria esa misma tarde, en la que habrá actuaciones y comida gratis.

Hãy đến tìm hiểu cách những người bình thường đã tạo ra những thay đổi phi thường giúp cải thiện cuộc sống của mọi người. Và làm sao BẠN cũng có được sức mạnh đó.
Vào Thứ Bảy, ngày 27 tháng 4, những người thuê nhà, người nhập cư và những người đồng hành của họ sẽ cùng nhau tham gia một ngày học tập, ăn mừng và xây dựng cộng đồng! Đó là Hội nghị Thượng đỉnh Đoàn kết hàng năm và chúng tôi cần BẠN có mặt ở đó.
Diễn giả chính của chúng tôi sẽ là Maria Noel Fernandez, người sẽ nói về sự thay đổi mà mọi người có thể tạo ra khi chúng ta làm việc cùng nhau. Sẽ có một hội thảo tập trung vào những thay đổi mà các nhà lãnh đạo cộng đồng của Sacred Heart đã đạt được và những cách mà chúng ta có thể làm việc cùng nhau để cải thiện cuộc sống ngày nay. Sẽ có sẵn dịch vụ giữ/chăm sóc trẻ em và thông dịch.
Chúng ta sẽ tiếp tục đoàn kết sau hội thảo bằng cách tham gia bữa tiệc cộng đồng vào chiều hôm đó với các buổi biểu diễn và đồ ăn miễn phí.
