Rental & Deposit Assistance

Sacred Heart Community Service has funding available for low-income, Santa Clara County residents who need an emergency rental, deposit, and mortgage assistance. SHCS Members may request an appointment for assistance with past-due and/or forward rent, security deposit, or mortgage.

Santa Clara County Homelessness Prevention System

HPS is a unique public-private partnership, led by Sacred Heart and Destination: Home, providing critical assistance to help at-risk families and individuals maintain their housing and avoid falling into homelessness. HPS partners work together to develop, implement, and scale a countywide prevention model and system of care that is focused on outcomes and best practices in preventing further displacement from the communities we love.
