Erin Stanton, Director of Homelessness Prevention Systems
Erin Stanton is the Director of Family Assistance at Sacred Heart Community Service where she oversees housing programs for low-income families and individuals in San José, California. Sacred Heart serves as the lead agency for the Santa Clara County Family Homelessness Prevention System and plays a coordinating role in bringing together partner agencies and developing a cohesive, countywide system. Previously, Erin worked at the County of Santa Clara’s Office of Supportive Housing, supporting the development of coordinated entry and performance management systems. Prior to joining the County she spent ten years working in grant writing, contract management, and administrative leadership roles at social service nonprofit organizations in Santa Clara County. Erin holds a Bachelors of Science from Stanford University.
