Vu-Bang Nguyen is a city planner, born and raised in eastside San Jose, currently consulting in philanthropy on affordable housing policy and working in GovTech expanding an online affordable housing search and application web portal throughout the country. He was previously a program officer focused on SVCF’s regional planning grantmaking strategy, associate director of land use and housing at Urban Habitat, and planner for the cities of Berkeley and Los Gatos.
